Not A Sun-Day

Sunday. Not a boring day for me, as always. Sunday is a family day, as in mommy, daddy and kids stay at home and spend quality time together. Then in the afternoon, we, as a whole family usually go out together. But today is not a Sun-day, the weather is not so friendly. So instead of coming out together with the kids, me and my hubby took it as a chance to get out, only the two of us - for some sort of a date. We attend the mass and dine-out in one of our favorite resto-bars.

Now times like this is a good chance for us as a couple to talk about important things. We talk about each other’s experiences for the entire week. Since we only see each other during weekends. But what’s more important about these dates is that we get to talk about our plans and dreams, and how to be able to achieve them. This Sunday, we talked about how we can spend his 10-day vacation after graduation. 10 days that will cover Valentines Day :D

I love moments like this, I feel like we’re back on the gf-bf stage. And I felt so blessed that we are still together for 10 years. 4 years of going steady, and 6 years of marriage. Those years are not so perfect, it’s full of happiness, moments of sacrifices/sufferings as well as unforgettable ones.

We are supposed to go on a trip together. But I think it will be canceled because of a conflict in our schedule. I’m sad, because it’s one of my plans for this year. I thought it will come true this January. :( Anyhow, my so-called list should be updated. There are already 2 things (almost 5) in this list that I think should be checked. It’s the cellphone, and the trip to Manila. Almost 5 because I may get hold of my new credit card next week and might get the laptop too. *cross fingers* And the trip abroad that might as well be canceled.

I’m still wishing though. If all things are happening according to plan, February might be both a very busy and memorable month for me. :P
